New Brunswick Steak Company, a purveyor of gourmet steaks, such as filet mignon steak, porterhouse steak, ribeye steak, and many other Prime steaks, has partnered with the Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce for charity and non-profit organization fundraising. This partnership will be rolled out on September 16, 2008, as part of the Chamber of Commerce's 16th annual 'Largest Networking Party' event to be held on the rooftop of the New Brunswick Hyatt Hotel.

The event is expected to draw 1,500 attendees, features many sponsors and exhibitors, and gives everyone in the community an opportunity to dine, have fun, and network with other companies in the area to promote area businesses and the local economy. The New Brunswick Steak Company will be an exhibitor at this event and attendees will be able to sample several varieties of the company's gourmet steaks and other products, including seafood and desserts, as well as learn more about the new fundraising partnership.

The New Brunswick Steak Company has been a member of the Middlesex Regional Chamber of Commerce for years and is very excited to create this partnership as part of their ongoing support of the organization and local charities. Charities and other non-profit organizations in the area are always looking for innovative fundraising ideas to promote their causes and the filet mignon steaks and other gourmet foods provided by the New Brunswick Steak Company affords them a unique fundraising opportunity.

The New Brunswick Steak Company only sells USDA Prime steaks which have been slowly dry-aged to produce steaks of exceptional flavor and texture. Only two percent of the beef produced in the United States each year meets the criteria for Prime Grade beef and this gives area charities a rare opportunity to fundraise with steaks that are usually reserved for export and the most expensive restaurants.
