Penguin Computing today announced that Charles Wuischpard, president of Worldwide Field Operations since March 2007, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer succeeding Frank Matson, who will join vSpring Capital, a venture capital firm and investor in Penguin Computing, as an Executive in Residence.
