Insightrix Research Selects Confirmit to Enhance Respondent Experience and Support Panel Management Activities

Full-service market research firm Insightrix Research Inc. has selected the Confirmit platform to support its survey design, data collection, reporting, and panel management activities.

Full-service market research firm Insightrix Research Inc. has selected the Confirmit platform to support its survey design, data collection, reporting, and panel management activities.

The deal, which covers Insightrix's headquarters in Saskatchewan, Canada, and its subsidiary in Victoria, Australia, will see Confirmit replace the company's custom-built software solution. Using Confirmit, Insightrix will be able to speed up its survey programming processes, improve quality control of survey data through advanced validation scripts, and enhance the presentation of survey results using the graph and table options in Confirmit Reportal.

Insightrix conducts a range of tracking studies for its clients including measurement of customer perceptions, customer satisfaction, and advertising tracking. The Confirmit platform was selected as the company's preferred software platform due to the number of components it incorporates to support all stages of the research lifecycle. The key components that the company will utilize include survey programming, online reporting, and panel management.

The implementation of Confirmit supports Insightrix's continuing drive to increase survey response rates and provide more accurate results through the innovative use of software and technology.

This report information can be shared with colleagues using hierarchical permissions so that each division only has access to the relevant results.

As Insightrix is currently building a panel of Saskatchewan respondents, the panel capabilities of Confirmit are also vital. The ability to build the panel portal and keep track of survey activity across the panel will ensure they company is responsive to its panelists' needs, as well as enabling it to create a fully representative panel.
