The 2008 Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery Survey examines the demands for and consumption of commercial EDD services and software. The annual survey, developed by e-Discovery pioneers George Socha and Tom Gelbmann, provides the most comprehensive view into the emerging e-Discovery market. It comprises data from 155 organizations on the forefront of e-Discovery, including 107 services and software providers, 29 law firms and 19 corporations.
