The 2008 Socha-Gelbmann Electronic Discovery Survey examines the demands for and consumption of commercial EDD services and software. This encompasses all phases of e Discovery, including the identification, preservation, collection and forensic analysis, data reduction, processing, hosting, review and analysis, production and presentation of electronically stored information (ESI). The annual survey, developed by e-Discovery pioneers George Socha and Tom Gelbmann, provides the most comprehensive view into the emerging e-Discovery market.
