VC Experts publishes report that sheds light on pricing of company stock and deal terms of financing rounds.

Some of the questions surrounding the valuation of Facebook, Inc. just became a little less foggy with a report published by the VC Experts team. The company, using data gathered from its' PEDC KIT database, undertook a research project that analyzed Facebook's venture financing rounds and the stock issued during those rounds. Utilizing propriety valuation-calculation methods, VC Experts puts Facebook's valuation around $12.5 billion.
