The solution gives Carlson Marketing Canada staff a single place to collaborate on the process of creating travel proposals, as well as standardize, automate and streamline business processes and workflow to expedite the process. Workers can upload documents, create new forms, update and modify forms as needed and route them based on the business process designed in the system.
Because the solution integrates with the Microsoft technologies that Carlson Marketing Canada already uses, Miller envisions using it as the first stage in a comprehensive solution that will automate business processes and workflow for all stages of client support, including proposal creation, project implementation and invoicing.
