Benefits include consultations with a doctor who can provide a diagnosis for common, non-emergency medical conditions, and can write a prescription over the phone if appropriate. All members receive two consultations per policy per year free of charge and can purchase additional consultations if needed. Also, doctor consultations are unlimited and free of charge for members in the Complete Choice Enhanced 3300 and 6600 Programs. If you simply have a common medical question, all members have unlimited telephone access for Physician Inquiries, free of charge.
