By August 1, 2008, Kitchen Magic will have completed the roll out of seven new mall locations throughout their market area. The latest locations include Hampshire and Holyoke Malls in Massachusetts, Oxford Valley Mall in Pennsylvania, Quakerbridge Mall in New Jersey, Rockingham Mall in New Hampshire, Providence Place Mall in Rhode Island, Natick Mall in Massachusetts and the Broadway Mall in Long Island, New York.

Company President Brett Bacho commented, "Demand for our refacing products is very strong." At a time when many smaller companies are disappearing off the landscape, Bacho stated that Kitchen Magic's sales and territory are both expanding.

Refacing is earning increasing attention as a money saving alternative to an expensive remodel. A recent article by Amy Pollack in advises refacing as one of 8 Remodeling Projects that Pay Back… Rather than redoing the entire kitchen… resurfacing your cabinets is an easy, cost-effective upgrade. Upgrades like these can recoup about 83% of the cost when it's time to sell.

Kitchen Magic's mall kiosks showcase kitchen solutions, explain the refacing process and new cabinetry option and give homeowners an opportunity to speak face to face with a Magic representative. As the company approaches their landmark 30th Anniversary in business, their portfolio of mall locations has expanded to 41 locations and in fall 2008, Kitchen Magic plans its next geographic expansion into the state of Delaware.

The family owned and operated company, founded in 1979 by Jost Fleck, specializes in kitchen cabinet refacing. They also custom manufacture their kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and luxury countertop surfaces.

"Customers appreciate the value of refacing, especially these days. The option of saving over fifty percent of a total remodel is huge." He added, "We do have some advantages--our 30 year history, and our great people to begin with." He explained that the company's unique Lifetime of Homeownership Warranty also helps Kitchen Magic stand apart in the marketplace. "Our customers are looking for a strong value and peace of mind. They know we are always here if they need us."

Bacho confirmed that many of his suppliers have experienced a downturn as well, "Most tell us we're just about their only customer who is doing well."
