Chart Links Announces Plans to Integrate Reminders into Therapy Software
Chart Links, LLC announces plans to integrate the mBox USA, Inc. AutoRemind™ product with its therapy scheduling software. The product integration will allow Chart Links' physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology and audiology customers to reduce patient no-show appointments via AutoRemind's automated text message (SMS), voice call, and email reminders.

The solution will reduce therapy appointment no-shows by sending text message (SMS), voice call and email reminders to patients based on their communications preferences.
