The meeting will feature a unique industry training program for On Location's nationwide staff and is designed to help employees achieve greater success while continuing to enhance On Location's premier client service capabilities.

The program, developed under the direction and guidance of the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Association (EACA) and Randy Eppard, Ph.D., founder and principal of Organizational Strategies, will provide participants with intensive lectures, discussions, group activities, readings, self-assessments, feedback from other participants and instructors, and project activities. In addition, participants are encouraged to coach and support the development of each other. The goal is to employ best practices in leadership and management to enable On Location staff to provide unmatched customer service to all their clients.
