Segue Technologies Delivers Major Software Release to Air Force
Headquarters Air Force, Manpower & Personnel, Integration Division (A1MZ) accepts Future Years Defense Plan (FYDP) version 4.0 module of the Manpower Programming and Execution System (MPES) as developed by Segue Technologies.
Arlington, VA (PRWEB) August 3, 2008 -- Segue Technologies delivered the final version of the Future Years Defense Plan (FYDP) module of the Manpower Programming and Execution System (MPES) to the Headquarters Air Force, Manpower & Personnel, Integration Division (A1MZ) in June 2008. FYDP Version 4.0, as planned, designed and implemented by Segue Technologies, is a web-based application accountability tool that allows Major Commands, Direct Reporting Units, and Field Operating Agencies to allocate the Department of Defense budget to fund Air Force positions.
William Booth, Senior Leader, Directorate of Manpower, Organization and Resources, expressed his enthusiasm for the new software in the FYDP acceptance letter by saying: "This new version adds an entirely new functionality to MPES's FYDP application that we believe will be robust enough to meet our future requirements for the foreseeable future."
