Mindy Thompson-Banko, Simply Retail's Founder and President, in collaboration with Health Administration Press, a division of American College of Healthcare Executives, will be publishing a book titled Beyond the Gift Shop: Boost Revenue, Your Brand, and Patient Satisfaction with Strategic Hospital Retail. The book is set to be released in December 2008.
