Massingham & Associates Management, Inc., one of California's largest community management companies, will be hosting their free Annual Board Member Seminar on Saturday, October 25, 2008 at the Newark-Fremont Hilton. This full-day industry seminar will include informative sessions on a variety of topics related to community associations, and opportunities for board members to interact with over 40 different vendors. A continental breakfast and lunch will be served.
The theme of this year's seminar is "Surviving the Financial Crisis." In keeping with this theme, some topics that will be covered include how to handle delinquencies, collections and foreclosures in today's economic climate. Other items that will be addressed are mold, insurance, and an update on current legislation affecting CIDs.
