Kelly B. LaPar, a construction lawyer who is also developing a Virginia practice in equine law, and her horse, Sshameless Knight, were unanimous champions of the division which means that all three judges placed them first on their score cards. LaPar is an avid horsewoman with 22 years of experience in the saddle and she assisted in the training of Shameless Knight. AHA Region 15 encompasses Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Over 700 horses from these and other states competed at the show.
