Report evaluates leading Human Capital Management (HCM) professional services firms

EntryPoint Global, an international Workforce Management consulting firm whose client list includes many of the nation's largest retailers such as Lowe's, Target and Burlington Coat Factory, today announced that it has been profiled by AMR Research in their recently released "People Helping People: HCM Service Provider Landscape Report".

Published on July 22, by AMR Research, Inc., a premier research and advisory firm, the report identifies 24 professional services firms that can help enterprises develop and implement their Human Capital Management (HCM) strategies and initiatives. The firms highlighted include large international consulting firms, global HCM authorities, traditional systems integrators (SIs), as well as, more specialized boutique firms, such as EntryPoint Global. Firms were evaluated on a number of criteria including reference interviews, focused HCM expertise, the global footprint, breadth of offerings, internal talent and client relationships. The report provides an overview of the HCM service providers market, as well as recommendations on how enterprises should best align and work with their chosen partner.

According to AMR Research, EntryPoint Global, "…has developed a proprietary delivery methodology….a strength of the firm is a business analytics capability to determine the effectiveness of systems, pay practices, and optimized schedules."

"We believe our profile in AMR's HCM Service Provider Landscape Report reflects both the quality of both our firm and our people, and the increasing market awareness of the innovative work EntryPoint has been doing at many of the nations largest retailers as they deploy their Workforce Management solutions across their enterprise", said Arshad Merali, Managing Partner of EntryPoint Global. "We are thrilled that AMR Research has acknowledged our ability to execute on our value proposition. We are deeply committed to helping leading retailers successfully deploy their Time and Attendance and Scheduling strategies and solutions across their enterprises and into their stores regardless of geographical boundaries."

According to the report, organizations often lack the internal resources to lead and sustain workforce management initiatives and should look to or consider third-party firms with the best practices, processes, capabilities and know-how to help them deliver the strategies and enterprise workforce technologies underpinning their workforce transformation efforts. The report also discusses the fact that many enterprises that have relationships with large system integrators are increasingly considering specialist firms with the deep domain expertise required to successfully deliver these increasingly strategic and complex engagements - firms such as EntryPoint Global.
