The RTC-1000 Employee Time Clock, like other automated systems hangs on the company wall where employees clock IN and OUT using optional RFID cards or a PIN. However, unlike traditional automated time clocks, the RTC-1000 allows payroll managers to view and edit payroll information at their PC or via the Internet. The RTC-1000 also provides alerts of payroll aberrations so that managers have the ability to react quickly before the situation ages. Payroll managers can also set rules around attendance and tardiness and use an optional notification feature that sends alerts via email if an attendance rule violation occurs.
The Intuit Online Payroll service picks up where the RTC-1000 ends. After hours worked are gathered the Online Payroll service will automatically calculate deductions and taxes, help keep track of what you owe and remind you who, how much, and when to pay.
