Grotto designed and created the wood wine cabinets that are the central focus of the new Eno Wine Bar at the Fairmont, Chicago.

Grotto Custom Wine Cellars, the leading manufacturer and distributor of premium wine cellar products in the US, announces the completion of Eno wine bar in the Fairmont Hotel Chicago, Illinois.

Grotto designed and created wood wine cabinets to compliment the round, sunken bar, located in the lobby of the hotel. Made from white oak with a custom stain and glaze, the curved cabinets feature waterfall display cases, radius curving and split system cooling to ensure even temperature control throughout each cabinet. There are also display cases for gourmet cheese, locally made chocolate and Champagne bottles.

This is the third Eno wine bar in which Grotto has been involved, having designed Eno wine bars at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel and the Intercontinental in Chicago, Illinois.

"We are thrilled to complete our third Eno wine bar," says Steve Pantalemon, CEO of Grotto Cellars, "we wanted to create an ambiance inviting to the wine, cheese and chocolate culture where people can feel comfortable to enjoy these special indulgences."
