regional artists through publication of "Art in Austin . . . the registry"
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) August 11, 2008 -- Entrepreneur and Artist Paula Parker, owner of Paula Parker Designs, Austin, TX, promises to bring a lively, variety of original art displays to the Metrocon 08, Interior Design Trade Expo/Convention in Dallas, Texas this week. The event runs Thursday through Saturday, Aug. 14 -16, 2008 and draws hundreds of interior designers, decorators artists, art dealers, art investors and distributors from all over the world.
Metrocon is the nation's largest regional trade show for the Interior Design industry, merging three professional organizations including the Texas Chapter of American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and The International Interior Design Association of Oklahoma.

Paula Parker is a native Texan, born and raised in suburban Houston. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing, Paula embarked on a career in retail store management with Foley's Department Store and later, with Coach Leatherware where she gained practical experience in business management, design, advertising and publishing.
