InventHelp Client Invents "Pro Rink" - An Invention That Could Help Simplify the Process of Creating Backyard Rinks

InventHelp®, America's largest inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, has designed an apparatus which creates and resurfaces ice for small ice rinks in yards or indoor facilities. This invention is patented and a prototype is available.

The "Pro Rink" would make the process of creating and maintaining a backyard ice rink easier as the unit would distribute an even amount of water which could create a smooth and even ice surface over an existing surface. A user could build several layers of ice in an effort to maintain a long-lasting surface. The tank could be filled with water from a garden hose. The unit would be designed for easy use.

The Pro Rink would consist of a durable dolly-style frame, which would include an upright handle, a horizontal cargo area, two stationary rear wheels and a single, swiveling front wheel mounted to its center. A large metal or plastic barrel would be mounted on top of the cargo area in a horizontal manner. A user would fill the barrel with water via an opening that would be located at the rear top opening. A feed pipe would lead from the lower front portion of the barrel. This pipe would engage with a perforated horizontal pipe that would dispense the water onto an ice surface. A valve would be included on the feed pipe to control the flow of water. A towel or similar material would be positioned on the horizontal water pipe to ensure that the water would be distributed evenly.
