MySpace.com, the world's #1 social and entertainment networking site, and its comedy channel, comedy.MySpace.com, have joined forces with ReelAccess.com, a landmark online entertainment casting service to launch LAST TEEN COMIC, a national online talent search for the funniest teen comedians ages 13-19.
Powered by both sites, teens can upload videos and compete for cash prizes. The five finalists will have a chance to be seen in an upcoming television pilot, as well as a chance to launch their career, and be a chance to win the title of "LAST TEEN COMIC".
With each stage of winners chosen by voters, and then the audience in a similar format to American Idol, competitors upload their videos as viewers vote on at LastTeenComic.com and LastTeenComic.MySpace.com. The final five will perform live in front of industry professionals at a Los Angeles venue in November 2008. The winner will receive $5,000 with cash prizes for 2nd through 5th place as well. The grand finale stand-up show will be filmed on and off stage to create a television pilot. Monthly finalists will win an iPod and will be noted on the comedy.MySpace.com and LastTeenComic.com site as this months' reigning 'champ'.

Launching the campaign for LTC is 17 year-old actor/comedian Drake Kemper. After a nationwide search, Kemper has been chosen to be the face of the billboards, commercials, and the first semi-finalist for Last Teen Comic. All finalists will win a professional photo shoot with styling and consultation from Sascha Knopf Photography and semi-finalists will receive a one-year free membership on ReelAccess.com. This exciting new competition-event was created by ReelAccess.
ReelAccess's own Aaron Stipkovich and Sascha Knopf, will serve on the judging panel along with renowned actor/acting coach Barry Papick as well as other industry professionals.

Additionally, he's recorded, engineered, produced and performed on platinum-selling albums by artists that include Tears For Fears, NOFX, Chumbawamba, The Vandals, No Doubt, Korn, The Go-Go's, K's Choice, The Vandals and many more.
A veteran actress with many acting awards under her belt, some of Sascha Knopf's numerous credits include MGM's "What's the Worst that Could Happen?" with Danny Devito, "Shallow Hal" alongside Gwynneth Paltrow and Jack Black, directed by the Farrely Brothers, the family comedy "Expiration Date" and the dark off-center comedy, "He Was a Quiet Man", opposite Christian Slater. She is also an acclaimed photographer and recently directed the first Last Teen Comic commercial.
Barry Papick is both an actor an acting coach in Hollywood. Orignally from Jersey, his East Coast training and sensiblity has made him a West Coast "staple" on the stage and on the screen. Fresh of the set from Labor Pains in which he played a supporting role opposite Lindsay Lohan and also did some acting coaching, Papick also recently can be seen on the season premiere of Without a Trace which will air in September. Mr. Papick has also been the on-set acting coach for many films including Finding Forrester, Staunten Hill, The Express and I Am to name a few. Papick has pesonally coached actors such as Jamie Foxx, Dennis Quaid, Rob Brown, Ione Skye, Anna Paquin, RZA, Claire Danes, Luke Kirby, Darren Dewitt Hansen and many, many more.
