Human Capital Management receives $456,000 from Governor Rendell's Action Team to expand operations in Chester County Pennsylvania. This funding will allow HCMI to grow 400% over the next 36 months. In addition HCMI is now a division of Intelligent Capital Network. ICN is comprised of several staffing, solution and product companies that provide exceptional value to clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Human Capital Management, a division of Intelligent Capital Network (http://www.ICN-i.com), today announced it received $ 456,000 from the Governor's Action Team to expand operations. As part of Pennsylvania's initiative to foster growth of technology companies in the state, it has invested in successful firms poised for significant growth. These funds support expansion of operations and the creation of new, high paying jobs in the state.

Human Capital Management, a premier information technology staffing and placement firm that services the Mid-Atlantic region will be hiring an additional 40 internal recruiters over the next 36 months. "The state money will allow HCMI to provide high level training for both incumbent and newly hired staff to support the growth of our company," states David Scudder, President of Human Capital Management.
