InventHelp®, America's largest inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from South Yarmouth, Mass., has designed a safety accessory intended to cushion the edge of a table for young children who are eating there. This invention is patented and a prototype is available.
The "Baby Bumper" could help to prevent a child from injuries caused by hitting his or her head on the edge of a table. The device could enhance a child's safety while eating and offer parents peace-of-mind when feeding a child. The apparatus could keep a child entertained while eating out or in the home. The invention would fit on most tables and would be easy to store.
The Baby Bumper would consist of a U-shaped unit, which would be designed in one section measuring 15-1/2 inches long. The interior of the unit would be produced from foam. The exterior surface would be covered with a washable fabric. Two toys would be attached to the top of the unit. The interior would include three suction cups for attachment to the table. The Baby Bumper may be produced in different colors and sizes. The toys may be produced for boys and girls.
InventHelp® is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor.
