Robin Glass has been hired by Direct TechnologyInnovations (DTI) as a Customer Service Specialist.
Robin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from State University College in Buffalo, New York. Subsequently, she moved to South Florida, where she began her career as a preschool teacher in Kendall. After a successful teaching career, she was promoted to the position of school principal.
Robin's extensive background in the payment card industry began as a CustomerService Representative with one of the world's most recognized brands: AmericanExpress in Plantation, Florida. Over the past twenty-five years, Robin has acquired valuable experience in a variety of roles which make her a great addition to DTI. She has worked on multiple customer service initiatives with local and national banks,equipment vendors and processors.
Robin has held several supervisory positions and was responsible for conducting employee training modules and managing customer service programs. Robin believes that excellent customer service should be every business's first goal, and strives to achieve excellence while providing the highest level of service available.
