Kaseya provides Pragmatix's technical support team with an integrated view into its customers' IT environments. The solution will enable Pragmatix to maintain its customers' networks, servers and workstations remotely and seamlessly from a single web-based management console.

By utilizing Kaseya, Pragmatix can quickly respond to requests without having to travel to a customer site, thereby reducing client downtime and eliminating an increase in costs.
