New York, NY (PRWEB) August 18, 2008
Zobha, the new movement in yoga and fitness apparel, is proud to announce the first-ever Circle of Grace Workshop on October 11 & 12, 2008 at Ubuntu Yoga Studio in California's Napa Valley. Zobha Circle of Grace members and acclaimed yoga instructors Ashley Turner, Claire Este-McDonald, Shannon Paige Schneider and Stephanie Snyder will lead the two-day, Vinyasa-style workshop sessions and reception. Zobha in Sanskrit means grace, beauty and brilliance, and workshop participants will explore the concept of grace through group discussion, practice, breathing, meditation and yoga practice to explore how grace impacts daily life.
The Circle of Grace Workshop will present participants with the rare & unique opportunity to join four of the most innovative voices in the yoga community today as they lead the workshops in tandem. Beginning with the October 11th workshop, "The Power of Grace: A Solar Practice" the teachers will lead a discussion and dynamic yoga class focused on investigating how to live life with ease and grace. The workshop will help participants explore, on a deeper level, what feelings and emotions are held onto throughout daily life and why, and how to face life's inevitable challenges with poise and clarity.
The evening reception on October 11th invites participants to get to know the Zobha Circle of Grace workshop instructors, as well as Zobha Founder/Designer, Jamie Hanna, while enjoying local Napa wine and refreshments. Participants will also have the chance to view Zobha's new Fall Collection, available on http://www.zobha.com.
On Sunday, October 12th, the Circle of Grace workshop, "Gratefulness = Greatness: A Lunar Practice" will teach participants to experience and explore the wholeness of grace through a quieting practice of self-reflective postures, supportive rest and inspired creative expression. The theme of the workshop will focus on how to slow down in the midst of a very hectic world and emphasize gratefulness, humility, and love in the actions of every day life.
Explains Hanna, "I wanted to create a series of workshops that evoked and inspired the sense of grace one often feels on the yoga mat, both physically and emotionally. Our first ever Circle of Grace Workshop will fully explore the concept of grace--what it means to be graceful and how we cultivate and embody it to enhance our lives and transform our world."
The Zobha Circle of Grace is a community of inspiring individuals who share Zobha's values and support the Zobha mission to inspire and foster the grace that lives within us all. "There is a power instilled in a woman when she feels the flow of grace, strength and beauty converge--the confidence to cultivate great change in the lives she touches," explains Schneider, one of the members of the Zobha Circle of Grace. "I am honored to work with Zobha, a company focused on nurturing that powerful spark through community connection, creativity and color."
