PreVisor, the global leader in employment assessments and selection solutions that connect hiring decisions to business results, today announced the complete schedule for its LINK 2008 Client Conference, taking place September 10-12 at the Hyatt Regency Resort in Huntington Beach, California.

This year's program is expanded to include pre-conference workshops, additional breakout sessions, plus one-on-one meetings with PreVisor industrial-organizational psychologists and international focus team.

LINK is designed as an educational three-day conference where attendees learn practical solutions for aligning talent decisions to business goals. LINK sessions will include best practice case studies, roundtable discussions, and introductions to new products and strategies to improve hiring and organizational performance.This annual event attracts Talent Management Leaders and HR Professionals from industry-leading organizations that are shaping the future of hiring through selection sciences that drive business outcomes.

The agenda covers topics including trends in online testing, increasing retention, employer branding, going global with assessments, getting organizational buy-in for initiatives, and quantifying the ROI of talent measurement. Keynote presentations include:

  • Steve Smith, Author of Egonomics: What makes ego our greatest asset (or most expensive liability). Smith has spent the past ten years exploring how great leaders use ego differently than everyone else - how they work, think, collaborate, and who they are - and the impact that has on organizations and the people who work with them.
  • Jason Corsello, Analyst and Vice President of the Center of Excellence for Knowledge Infusion. Corsello's expertise is in enterprise software and service delivery strategies. Jason is a recognized leader in innovative technologies and Human Capital research and analysis.
  • Noel Sitzmann, CEO of PreVisor, will share his insights around talent management and the value that strategic workforce planning plays in business success.
