Auto/Mate Completes Kia Motors Service System Integration

Auto/Mate Dealership Systems announced today it has completed integration of its Automotive Management Productivity Suite (AMPS) with Kia Motors America's (KMA) web-based dealer service system. The system integration allows Kia retailers to electronically transmit warranty claims, new vehicle delivery information and parts orders/parts returns data directly from AMPS to KMA. It streamlines communications between the dealership and OEM, insures complete and accurate data is submitted to the manufacturer, and saves dealers valuable administrative time.

Auto/Mate Dealership Systems announced today it has completed integration of its Automotive Management Productivity Suite (AMPS) with Kia Motors America's (KMA) web-based dealer service system. The system integration allows Kia retailers to electronically transmit warranty claims, new vehicle delivery information and parts orders/parts returns data directly from AMPS to KMA. It streamlines communications between the dealership and OEM, insures complete and accurate data is submitted to the manufacturer, and saves dealers valuable administrative time.

With Auto/Mate's new Kia Motors Service System interface, dealers can automatically process the following OEM reports:

  • Warranty Claims -- Sends one or multiple claims per repair order, including recall campaign, pre-delivery inspection, warranty, replacement part and transportation claims. Includes note fields that can be used to summarize the customer complaint or situation and how it was corrected.
  • Vehicle Delivery -- Dealers can submit vehicle delivery data (Deal #, Buyer Name, Sale Date, Year and Model) directly to KMA from AMPS' F&I Billing menu. Up to 999 deals can be submitted per transaction, saving dealers valuable time.
  • Parts Order/Parts Returns -- Allows for easy entering and submission of parts orders and return data to KMA. Multiple parts orders can be input at one time with an option to choose which part orders to process.
