Talent Intelligence today appointed Steven Meredith to the position of Global Knowledge & Innovation Director. Based in Chicago, Steven will be responsible for raising the profile of the company through best practice knowledge and innovation management across global markets.

Steven joined Talent Intelligence as a Principal Consultant in October 2005 and most recently held the position of Head of Financial Services, Americas. Prior to joining Talent Intelligence he had a successful executive career with the National Australia Bank spanning 28 years where he gained experience in a wide variety of functions including retail, investment banking, distribution and channel management, operations, risk management and finally human resources, where he was the Group Talent Principal responsible for global talent management, including executive succession planning.
