Wiemer Joins QHR as Vice President of Learning Institute

QHR President and CEO James L. Horrar announced recently that D. Robert Wiemer, Jr., an educational services specialist, has joined the company as vice president of the Learning Institute at QHR (LIQ). In his new role, Wiemer will oversee LIQ's day-to-day operations, develop and implement a strategic plan for the business unit, develop new business and product lines, and create and execute initiatives that will advance LIQ's market position and brand.

Robert Wiemer, Jr., an educational services specialist, has joined the company as vice president of the Learning Institute at QHR (LIQ). Bob holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Texas and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Vanderbilt University.
