Quantcast, the pioneering provider of the world's only census-based audience measurement platform, today announced that Todd Teresi will join its executive team as Chief Revenue Officer. With his deep understanding of the online advertising marketplace, Teresi will play a key role in launching Quantcast solutions aimed at addressing the rapidly changing needs of the digital media industry.

A visionary pioneer in the digital advertising industry, Teresi will join the Quantcast executive team after nearly 10 years at Yahoo!, where he is currently the Senior Vice President of Yahoo!'s Publisher Network. Teresi contributed to the development of many of the company's highly innovative advertising, publisher networks, and targeting capabilities, and helped drive strategic acquisitions, global operations and new business models during his tenure.
Prior to joining Yahoo!, Teresi was a founding member of the high-technology mergers and acquisitions practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Before this role, he served in the audit and business advisory services practice where he led audit and consulting engagements for prominent high tech and multinational corporations.
Teresi formerly served as chairman of the IAB's Measurement Guidelines Task Force, which developed a set of measurement and audit guidelines for counting online ad impressions.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Teresi will assume responsibility for Quantcast's business development activities and will be integral in the company's next phase of growth including the introduction of solutions that enable all market participants to more effectively leverage data, enable truly addressable advertising, increase yields and improve consumer experiences.

Teresi holds two B.A. degrees in Economics/Accounting and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College. He will join the Quantcast team in its downtown San Francisco office.
