HR Executive Dashboard provides management reports, while Promotion Module alerts employees of statement availability

Cash and benefits-related spending can now be compiled into a single management report, thanks to new software modules from TotalRewards Software, Inc., the industry leader in on-demand total compensation statement software. The HR Executive Dashboard and Promotion Module are both available for the company's platform.

The HR Executive Dashboard is a roll-up, management report that analyzes all of a company's total compensation expenditures. When added to's web-based software, the module processes the employees' cash compensation and benefits data uploaded into the system and provides a detailed, company-wide report breaking down each category by number of participants, participation ratios, average by employee and total. User-friendly graphics display the data.

Also new is the Promotion Module, which allows clients to send targeted promotional messages in print and e-mail to just those employees who will be receiving a statement. Messages can be sent to those employees who have not yet visited their statement or to those that have.
