Mansell Group, Inc. today announced it has acquired Sevista Technologies, Inc., a pioneer of e-mail communications services and recognized industry leader in on-line marketing. Sevista's easy to use web-based platform is accessed by more than 200 organizations including ChoicePoint, Cushman & Wakefield, Cbeyond, and Randstad to design, build, track, and analyze e-mail marketing programs.
Mansell Group will combine Sevista with its existing EnableMail business to create one of the country’s largest privately held e-mail marketing companies. Combined, the companies will actively support over 500 organizations. The acquisition of Sevista brings additional functionality to Mansell Group’s existing Digital Messaging business, including more robust database management, reporting and content creation tools, surveying capabilities and a user interface recognized for its ease of use.
