Company adds dedicated team for post-launch services and support

We have found that more and more of our work is for organizations that already have a Microsoft SharePoint 2007 solution implemented and want to add it. This includes not only existing SusQtech customers, but also customers that have implemented solutions themselves or through other companies and need some outside help from a SharePoint expert

Susquehanna Technologies (SusQtech) announced today that the company has expanded its lines of business to include a dedicated Support Services team. In conjunction with this announcement, association industry veteran JoAnna Battin has been named Director of Support Services and will head up the new business unit.

In response to the increase in post-launch work and modifications SusQtech developed the Support Services Business unit to address the needs of customers that have already launched their SharePoint project but are looking for add-on services to enhance the overall solution. Historically, these customers have been handled by the same project teams that provide consulting services for initial implementations. Increasingly though, SusQtech has found the volume and demand for post-launch services rapidly increasing in both time and complexity.

"Microsoft SharePoint 2007 is a tremendous success, with hundreds of thousands of implementations around the world," said Mike Steadman, president SusQtech. The new business unit will have its own team of dedicated SharePoint experts and be headed up by JoAnna Battin. JoAnna is a 15 year veteran of the association industry including managing the team for the IT help desk at APICS. Most recently she served as a senior Project Manager for SusQtech. Her dedicated team will include developers and architects as well as SharePoint consultants.
