Healthy dog supplies retailer celebrates its fifth anniversary online this September. The store has grown tremendously over the years, rapidly expanding from its core of healthy dog products, to include positive dog training supplies, designer dog beds and more. To celebrate its fifth anniversary, will be offering 5% off all orders placed on the web site during the month of September. President Eric Houtkooper remarked, "We are proud of the site's continued growth through turbulent market conditions. Healthy, safe and unique products, coupled with great customer service, has proven to be a winning formula for us from day one. However, the greatest reward for us has been the friendships we have made with so many people, both two and four legged." CEO Leslie Hayes-Houtkooper added, "We want to give a little back to all of our loyal customers so we'll be running specials all month long on healthy dog supplies, as well as offering lots of great training and health care tips." has become well known throughout the industry for several special events, including May's Dog Health Awareness Month, their annual Halloween Dog Costume Photo Contest, and of course, their influential Dog Product Of The Year Awards. Additionally, donates regularly to dog charities, rescue groups and shelters. "We donate ten percent of our yearly profits in cash and product," said Eric Houtkooper. "We were inspired to start after rescuing a little black lab named, Daisy, and nursing her back to health. She passed away earlier this year, but she continues to be the heart and soul of this company. Its in our DNA to constantly give back to these wonderful groups." Mr and Mrs. Houtkooper recently rescued a new addition to the team, Rita, a 5 year old Curly Coat Retriever. "She's our new chief product tester," joked Leslie Hayes-Houtkooper. "She is a big foodie. We like to say that she really has a nose for great products!"

As celebrates its fifth year, the owners of the healthy dog supplies company are already looking to the future. "We have some great new features planned for the site.
