What do you mean by harnessing the power?
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) August 24, 2008
Mobile content from Luvdarts LLC is hot on mywaves.com, one of the world's largest mobile communities. Since Luvdart's debut on mywaves.com, (May 2008), its channels have consistently ranked in the top 1% in subscriptions per views. Reliance ADA Group is supposedly looking for break through mobile content. Representatives from Luvdarts will be seeking representatives from Reliance at the CTIA Entertainment conference this September to reveal the full extent of the global application.
Ashley Danielle of A. Danielle Co. stopped by Luvdart's Woodland Hills, California studios to chat. Max Davis, creator of Luvdarts, said, "Luvdarts are much more than just a mobile video download. To the consumer they are digital greeting cards they can send to their family, friends and lovers. But to a business they are valuable tools in harnessing the power of word of mouth, peer2peer advertising." Ashley asks, "What do you mean by harnessing the power?" Max said, "Well, it's a well known fact that the most effective marketing comes from personal recommendations by family and friends. And there have never been greater opportunities for a business to market directly to consumers than the mobile space presents today. The problem is how to get directly to the consumer without violating their privacy and rules set forth to protect the consumer by the wireless industry. Luvdarts get people to spread the word. Family to family, friend to friend, lover to lover and we let the businesses subsidize the activity."
Ashley then asks, "How does a business subsidize the activity?" Max said, "It's simple. We let a business run a campaign whenever they want to drive more traffic to their physical location or website(s). They can choose the start and end dates, their target market, daily download budget and incentives. We then stock their Luvdart downloading store with co-branded Luvdarts. They distribute a code to their customers who can visit that store and download Luvdarts free under the terms of that campaign."
"Oh, I get it. The business pays for the download later at a wholesale price," says Ashley. Max says, "That's right. The business only pays for what's been downloaded. To be clear, there is a setup charge for each campaign." Ashley says, "Hmmm, very interesting concept. I see where people will want to send Luvdarts to their family and friends as they also carry a businesses message and promotions without violating their privacy. How are you going to get this going with businesses?" Max then says, "That's a great question. First, we think any business that advertises in the yellow pages will be interested in a Luvdarts campaign. Why? The average business is paying a monthly amount for an ad they can't change for 12 months in the yellow pages. We give them the ability to run a campaign of different sizes and targets whenever they please. For local businesses as well as national, that is huge. The traffic that will come from a campaign is generated mainly from their existing patron's word of mouth and the business is able to control the times when it may need more traffic driven to its location."
Ashley says, "Well it seems like you've got a winner here, I will be watching your progress." Max says, "Thanks, we luv what we do and we've put a lot into it. By the way, we will be at the CTIA Entertainment conference seeking alliances as we are now set to do business with the world. Will you be there?" Ashley says, "I'm not sure. Got an extra ticket?"
LuvDarts are a new form of video messaging that can be sent mobile to mobile or via email. Themes are produced similar to greeting cards, custom messages are added to match the themes and then background music tracks are added. LuvDarts manufactures and/or licenses the musical tracks used in the content.
