Grapevine, TX (PRWEB) August 25, 2008
ILTA Conference and New York City, NY(PRWEB) August 25, 2008 - The Frayman Group, a provider of business process assurance services and technologies for law firms, today announced that Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP (Cadwalader) will implement The Frayman Group's CompliGuard Information Barriers & Ethical Walls software. One of the world's pre-eminent international law firms, Cadwalader selected The Frayman Group because of the company's expertise in developing and deploying integrated risk management systems on a global scale.
The CompliGuard Information Barriers & Ethical Walls system will allow the firm to better protect sensitive information and reduce risk exposure by establishing, maintaining, monitoring and updating walls from a single point of entry, while consistently securing content across multiple firm systems in real-time. The firm had been using another vendor's platform for managing enterprise firewalls, however The Frayman Group's system is a logical advancement because of its expanded functionality. The Frayman Group's expertise with walls and their software's ability to integrate more tightly with the firm's existing systems justified the change to CompliGuard. The Frayman Group is unique in its use of standard Microsoft technologies, its ability to "feed" ethical wall information to LegalKEY at matter inception (the only walls solution provider authorized by OpenText to do this), as well as its in-house Global Professional Services team for consulting, project management and implementation.
"To provide our clients with the best service, we've got to manage our practice using the best technologies. The Frayman Group understands this. They provide innovative new solutions, grounded in their team's extensive experience in developing and implementing risk management systems for global law firms," said John Kruse, Director of Compliance, Records and Conflicts Administration at Cadwalader. "The interoperability of their systems and experience with LegalKEY integrations were primary selection factors."
"We currently support and maintain Cadwalader's new business intake system, where firewalls are logically set up. CompliGuard can be effectively deployed so that other systems receive walls information once they are created by the new business staff at matter inception," said The Frayman Group President, Kandace Donovan. "Firms using CompliGuard can take full advantage of the products' powerful user interface and functionality."
Cadwalader has also selected the company's ConfliClear Mobile Conflicts Reporting tool and is engaging The Frayman Group to provide consulting, project management, customization programming, implementation and training services for the firm's upgrades to LegalKEY Conflicts Management Version 4.18mr2, LegalKEY Records Management Attorney Desktop module from Version 3 to Version 4, and LegalKEY New Business Intake from Version 3 to Version 4.
