Planet Tan CEO Featured on the Cover of Tanning Trend Magazine

Planet Tan, home of Dallas/Fort Worth's premier tanning super centers, and the most respected brand in the industry, announced today that Founder and CEO, Tony Hartl, will be featured on the cover of the September issue of Tanning Trend Magazine.

Hartl was interviewed for the cover story about his experience and success with customer service metrics. In November 2007, Planet Tan adopted a new method of gauging customer service using a Net Promoter® Score (NPS). The NPS score represents the proportion of customers who are promoters minus the detractors (P-D = NPS). It is a simple formula that measures customer satisfaction and referrals and can substantially increase revenue and growth.
