The integration of TSD's LOANER Management Software into UDC's Web-based Virtual Service Assistant let's customers request a loaner while setting a service appointment. Users complete the loaner application online, insuring that the loaner is available and ready for pick-up the day their vehicle is brought in for servicing.
Customer loaner requests and information input into the online scheduler immediately appears in Revolution, and is automatically transferred to the dealers ADP or Reynolds and Reynolds Dealer Management System (DMS), eliminating the need for multiple data entries on different systems and significantly reducing administrative time spent on loaner management.
Several detailed loaner reports can be generated, providing dealers with all they information they need to effectively manage their fleet. They include:
- Available Loaners -- Current units available with details on length of time each loaner has been idle on the lot.
- Loaners Due In -- The date/time loaners are expected back with customer contact information to manage the return
- Service Writer Activity -- Number of units out for each Service Writer and the average number of days loaned.
- Fleet Utilization -- Detailed information on fleet utilization with date range and sort criteria options.
- Fleet Maintenance -- Review maintenance for entire fleet at a glance. Receive system notifications when a vehicle is due for maintenance and flags for inspection sticker and plate expirations.
