InventHelp®, America's largest inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from North Hollywood, Calif., has designed an air-filtering system that could help decrease unpleasant odors associated with bathroom use. This invention is patented and a prototype is available.

The "Restroom Odor Reducer" would help to lessen the need to run an exhaust fan or open a window to ventilate. The device would cut down on embarrassing bathroom moments and possibly offer comfort to those in desperate situations.

The Restroom Odor Reducer would consist of a filtration system built into a toilet seat. The unit would contain a fan with a timer that a user can set for up to 30 minutes. The filtration system would work by way of a hollow channel in the vented toilet seat. The fan would suck out offensive odors and pass them through the filtering system, which would accept three to four filters inside. A wall-mounted filtration system could be offered for multiple toilets.

InventHelp® is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor.
