Title shows hand of God at work in individual lives all over the world

Dr. Rick L. Via wants readers to know that although it may not be visible to us, the hand of God is at work in individual lives all over the world. In his new release from Christian self-publisher Xulon Press, God Still Moves: Tracing the Hand of God in Everyday Events (paperback, 978-1-60647-504-1; hardcover, 978-1-60647-505-8), the author seeks to inspire ordinary people to trust God to use them in expanding His kingdom. By utilizing examples of God's hand at work in the lives of ordinary people, the author hopes to demonstrate how these people, some of whom were hostile to the Gospel, were changed by the very Gospel they opposed.

Says Via, "This book is newsworthy because of the remarkable events it records. These events make the reader aware that our awesome God is at work all around us. I want readers to be inspired and encouraged by the accounts of changed lives. I want them to see that God is at work even in common everyday experiences."

A pastor, evangelist, and missionary for 28 years, Via has ministered in 35 countries around the world. The church he pastored became one of the leading churches in the state and helped hundreds of people meet Jesus Christ. He hopes to continue touching the lives of believers with the release of his first publication, from which he is donating the proceeds and royalties to Rick Via World Reach Ministries--an international ministry dedicated to proclaiming the saving message of Jesus Christ to the nations.

Dr. Rick L. Via currently resides in Troutville, Virginia, with his wife, Janet. They have five children, four daughters-in-law, and five grandchildren.

Xulon Press, a part of Salem Communications Corporation, is the world's largest Christian publisher, with more than 5,000 titles published to date. Retailers may order God Still Moves through Ingram Book Company and/or Spring Arbor Book Distributors.
