Hartford National Title, Inc. announced today that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Penner Law Firm, LLC to handle its mobile real estate closing services in Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Massachusetts, and South Carolina.
(PRWEB) August 29, 2008 -- Hartford National Title, Inc. announced today that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Penner Law Firm, LLC to handle its real estate closings in Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Massachusetts, and South Carolina.
Hartford National Title will utilize Penner Law Firm's existing processes and systems to handle its real estate transactions in those states while continuing to offer borrowers the flexibility of a "mobile closing" and streamlined closing services. As a law firm offering mobile closings, Penner Law Firm is able to accommodate borrowers' schedules and close loans at the convenience of the borrower and lender on each transaction. .
Through this partnership, as well as several other partnerships throughout the country, Hartford National Title will continue to offer its real estate closing services for mortgage refinance transactions throughout all 50 states.
Cynthia Mielniczek, Vice President of Hartford National Title, believes that the option of a mobile closing conducted by a licensed attorney will be beneficial to borrowers.
"Our partnership with Penner Law Firm will give our clients access to 'on-call' attorneys. In other words, if our clients have any questions or concerns, these attorneys will be able to offer consultation and advice at virtually any time and place. For the actual real estate closing, our clients will no longer have to travel to the attorney's office to sign the necessary documentation."
