We'll have reviews on relaxation products, light therapy products and to announce any new items we add to the site.

According to a 2007 poll by the American Psychological Association, 48 percent of Americans believe that their stress has increased over the last five years. Unlike most people, however, Kreeson Naidoo did something about his stress. "I was working in a job that wasn't very fulfilling and I was very stressed until I came across some meditation and therapy CDs. After that, I was hooked," explained Naidoo.
Naidoo founded http://www.MomentsOfRelaxation.com earlier this year, a website which offers several compact discs to help you de-stress from the factors that life dishes out on us.
"I did some research on sound therapy and found music by Jonathan Goldman," said Naidoo. "He uses sound frequencies that allow the listener to actually de-stress. I listened to those and found that sound therapy was a very powerful tool to help one shake off some of that unwanted stress that tends to accumulate."
"I went seeking those CDs, called a few distribution companies and I ended up opening up a webstore in which I carry all types of relaxation music."
Though at the moment, the bulk of Naidoo's store is only CDs, he is looking to expand into other types of relaxation therapy. "There are other venues we can go into - light therapy, color therapy, anything to do with relaxation," said Naidoo. "We are expanding our selection based on demand and there is definitely more coming up in the near future."
Part of Naidoo's current plans for his new website, however, is a companion blog, http://www.MomentsOfRelaxationBlog.com. "We will be talking about the music we carry and its benefits," Naidoo said. "We'll have reviews on relaxation products, light therapy products and to announce any new items we add to the site."
For most of us, Kreeson Naidoo has made it easy for us to close our eyes, take in an atmospheric sound and relax. Those interested in meditation and relaxation should check out http://www.MomentsOfRelaxation.com and browse the large selection of CDs and tools available to you.
