Northwest EMC, Inc., an industry leading EMC and EMI Test and certification service provider, is expanding its operations into the Minneapolis, Minnesota area. After years of serving the west coast with EMC facilities in Washington, Oregon and California, a strong growth curve has helped the EMC market leader to expand and serve other geographies.

The EMC facility will be equipped with the latest EMC and EMI test equipment, including a full 10m-test chamber and Northwest EMC's proprietary software, which increases accuracy and decreases testing time.

"This expansion will help us to better serve the wireless, consumer electronics and medical device markets, and gives us a face-to-face presence with our clients in the Midwest. Our loyal Midwest clients have been commenting for years that they wish we were closer, so we have decided to come to them. I am extremely excited the opportunity to serve this market," said Dean Ghizzone, President of Northwest EMC.

Northwest EMC has received state, regional and national awards for continuous growth. Having gone from a zero market share when founded in 1992, to being the dominant force in the testing markets, it is clear that Northwest EMC has a proven formula for the testing and compliance process. They will prove to be a very useful resource to engineers and product designers in the area.
