Customer Relationship Management guru Rich Bohn Speaks with SellingGeek.com about the Future of CRM

Rich Bohn, independent analyst for the CRM industry and editor of the SellMoreNow.com website, spoke with SellingGeek.com's Timothy Sullivan about the current state of CRM systems, and what we can expect in CRM in the future. Bohn suggested more than ten CRM systems worth further investigation, citing them for their ability to help salespeople serve customers and sell more now.

Atlanta, Georgia (PRWEB) August 29, 2008 -- Rich Bohn, independent analyst for the CRM industry and editor of the SellMoreNow.com website, spoke with SellingGeek.com's Timothy Sullivan about the current state of customer relationship management software, and what we can expect from CRM in the future. Bohn suggested ten CRM systems that are worth deeper investigation by any sales professional looking to automate their selling and customer management tasks. These ten systems were:

Bohn predicted that future CRM systems will rely more on "cloud computing", and that data synchronization will therefore become less of an issue. "[The data synchronization problem doesn't even exist if we're just jacking into the cloud, because we're dealing with live, current data at all times," Bohn said.

Bohn also challenged CRM developers to be more innovative, especially in opportunity management and forecasting functions. "The areas of opportunity management and sales forecasting are just ripe for some serious application to make the computers do some work to really improve these functions," Bohn said.
