Share Article now provides live, interactive support through an online help system that includes a saddle knowledgebase, troubleshooter, and valuable saddle fitting information.

The success of is largely due to their saddle experts, who answer the phone and help customers through the process of picking through over 550 saddles to find just the right one for them and their horse. In addition, customers have also always found the downloadable saddle gullet templates an easy way to measure their horse to ensure the best fit. However, in the last month, the online saddle shop provided even more assistance with an interactive help desk.

When visiting the help desk, customers can view the shop's extensive knowledgebase, run the troubleshooter to fix fitting problems, create a help ticket for assistance, download manufacturer catalogs, and read recent shop news. Jason Webb, a saddle expert with, explained, "The help section of the website has always been a good place for information, but the help desk makes it even easier to diagnose problems and find specific answers to questions." Webb is in charge of the help desk full time and spends his day promptly helping the customers who visit.

The knowledgebase of the help desk provides categorized articles about saddle fitting and common saddle fitting problems. If a customer is experiencing a specific saddle fitting problem the troubleshooter attempts to isolate and solve the problem. The most useful feature about the help desk, though, is the ability to create a help ticket. Using a help ticket, customers can ask a saddle expert their questions, describe problems, or ask for a recommendation. Immediately, the saddle experts are notified and attempt to help the customer, usually sending an answer back the same day. "We get many tickets each day, covering a broad range of customers and horses," stated Webb, "but there's rarely a problem we can't solve. We enjoy making recommendations and satisfying customers."

The help desk is by no means finished, stated Webb. He still intends on broadening the knowledgebase and troubleshooter capabilities to make it even more thorough and is open to customer suggestions.
