Physicians and world-renown health experts offer weekly teleseminar series at no cost to the public.

Summer is ending and with Fall approaching, many people look to re-commit or start working again on important personal health goals to change unhealthy habits. If you're looking to "act on your good intentions" regarding your own health, this may be the motivation and inspiration for you.

The goal of is to put the foremost health experts -- Dr. Robert Young, Charlie Breeding, Dr. Norman Marvin, Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum, Dr. Cheryle Hart, and Dr. Marilyn Joyce -- together to increase people's awareness and tools for improving healthy lifestyles.

The no-cost teleseminars are one-hour in lengthy offered on different dates in September at 9 p.m. EST. Typically, three hundred to nine hundred people take advantage of the free teleseminar series each week.
