TrustReport launches its new and improved 3.0 website at http://www.trustreport.com, dramatically improving both the appearance and funtionality of its business profile and product search capabilities.

TrustReport (http://www.trustreport.com), a unique consumer advocate and business research website, has recently unveiled its new version 3.0 website. Noticeable improvements in this version include a cleaner look and feel, an in-depth industry-specific member directory, better product search functionality, and greatly expanded trust-related content.

This new version has a clean design that makes it easy to navigate all the various sections of the site. The top navigation contains only consumer related resources, while business owners can access a separate section of the site designed just for them. Instead of 2 separate search boxes for the company profile search and product/service search index, both can now be more conveniently accessed by using one search box and using separate search buttons.

The industry-specific directory is also a great, new feature for consumers. With this new functionality, users now have 3 ways to search for company profiles: 1. using the company profile search box, 2. using the product and service search index, and 3. by drilling down through the new directory. The directory is organized according to standard SIC industry codes. Companies that have been certified by TrustReport are clearly marked to clearly distinguish them from non-certified ones.

The "Trusted Sites" search index has also been given a make-over. Users can enter in a product or service to get a list of only relevant, TrustReport certified members to browse before making a purchase. This differs from typical search engines which display pages based only on relevancy and do not factor in the web reputation of the companies being listed.

Finally, the site has greatly increased its focus on producing high quality trust-related content for its visitors. The homepage features a "Recently Certified" section which features a noteworthy member that has recently been certified in the areas of security, identity, and privacy. Also on the homepage is the "Industry Focus" article section that showcases a particular industry and provides useful information and helpful tips designed to help consumers select a high quality product or service provider in that industry. Each category in the directory also has its own industry-specific articles. Finally, there are separate articles for consumers and businesses, both covering a wide variety of trust, security, and online shopping related topics.

Even before these recent improvement, TrustReport was the authority in the area of business reputation research and trust-related content. TrustReport 3.0, with its clean new design, and its new features and functionality, has taken it to a whole new level.
