Schooled in the Miller Heiman sales performance process with numerous Microsoft Solution Selling certifications, he has over ten years experience in software including roles in development, project management, business analysis and sales. Russell holds a Bachelor of Arts & Science and a Masters of Business Administration from McMaster University.

Prior to joining PROPHIX Software, Russell was a Vice President with Axentia Solutions Corp., a successful reseller of ERP solutions based on Microsoft's Dynamics NAV. He also brings to PROPHIX a wealth of expense management software experienced, having worked with Necho Systems as an implementation specialist.
