Annual customer conference to spotlight best practices in retail sourcing, supply chain collaboration and private label management

Agentrics, a leading solution provider to the world's largest retailers and their trading partners, today announced that AgentricsWorld 2008, will be held September 22-24 at the Richfield, Minn., headquarters of Best Buy Co. Inc., the largest specialty retailer in the U.S. and Canada. This annual customer conference will bring together leaders from Agentrics' global community of retailers and suppliers as well as other industry experts for in-depth discussions around the theme "Embracing Retail's Emerging Worlds."    

AgentricsWorld 2008 will feature more than 40 solution-specific sessions as well as keynote speakers such as Lisa Farrell, Best Buy vice president of enterprise merchandising, who will discuss the company's growth strategies and international expansion. Also presenting is Leslie Hand, research director for IDC Global Retail Insights, who will share survey data and soon-to-be-released research on sourcing and PLM strategies in the expanding and resource-constrained global marketplace.

In addition to the keynote presentations, AgentricsWorld 2008 will feature sessions covering sourcing, private label management, supply chain collaboration and master data management.
