Beginning September 17, 2008 ProNica Development will take over all marketing and sales administration of Costa Dulce's Phase I and II residential homesites.

According to the agreement, beginning September 17, 2008 ProNica will manage all Costa Dulce sales administration, local real estate agency communications, quarterly newsletter composition and distribution, and scheduled project updates to info/media outlets, while increasing real estate agents' ability to educate the market on Costa Dulce's offerings. This will include elaborating new selling tools and the launching of a more user-friendly website that will reflect a sharper brand and increased interactivity.
